WSPCert offers services in the field of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. We collect and process your personal data for the fulfilment of test orders and services on the legal basis of section 6, subsection 1 (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We usually receive your personal data on a voluntary basis.
Data of non-recruited job applicants will be deleted within 3 months after the end of the application procedure. The data are processed according to section 88 of the GDPR and section 26 of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG - German Federal Data Protection Act).
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for processing the contract (e.g. to shipping companies or banks).
An external IT company has been commissioned to manage our IT system. We concluded a processing contract with this company pursuant to section 28, subsection 3 of the GDPR. As far as necessary for the purpose of maintaining and operating the IT systems, the IT supervisor of the external IT company has access to the personal data stored by us.
